Meeting Schedule


All MAPOA Quarterly meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday at the end of each quarter unless there is a scheduling conflict. These are in the months of March, June, September and December. The annual meetings are held in May. Held at "the landing" 126 Melrose Landing Drive, hawthorne FL 32640

  • MAPOA 1st Quarterly Meeting Saturday March 19, 2022 10:00am at the landing.
  • MAPOA Annual Meeting Saturday May 21, 2022 following the AEC meeting approximately 11:30 - 12:00pm at the landing.
  • MAPOA 2nd Quarterly Meeting Saturday June 18, 2022 10:00am at the landing.
  • MAPOA 3rd Quarterly Meeting Saturday September 17, 2022 10:00am at the landing.
  • MAPOA 4th Quarterly Meeting Saturday December 17, 2022 10:00am at the landing.

The schedule is subject to change based on the availability of the board members. Changes will be posted. Special meetings will be scheduled as required with a 72-hour notice as required by the bylaws.
